Paula has used her 15 years of experience in the business to develop expertise in tax planning, tax preparation, and financial planning. She became involved in the profession after she had spent time doing taxes working for non-profit. The highlight of her career was incresing her client base from 180 to 600 clients in the year 2005. She attributes this success to her customer service skills and focusing on the best interests of others. She is a member of the National Tax Payers Business Association, the national Association of Tax Professionals, the Georgia Independent Agent Association, and recognized member of the National Association of Professional Women. She is the winner of the 2007 - 2008 Cambridge Executive of the Year Representing Tax Services.
