VIP PASS

For clients who desire expedited services, we offer for a small additional fee to our service contract, a VIP Pass. With a VIP Pass, you are a member of a priority call list and are entitled to rapid responses.  The VIP Pass bearer is also entitled to contact us directly after office hours until midnight, Monday through Friday and until 10:00 p.m. on weekends. 

To receive this service, a one-time /tax season $50.00 fee for our individual clients or annual $125.00 fee for our business clients will be added to your service contract.
